By using Simple Booking ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Simple Booking provides an online appointment scheduling platform for local service businesses. Business owners can set up their services, hours, and accept bookings from customers.
Business owners must provide accurate information during signup. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Simple Booking is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply.
The monthly subscription fee is R99. After a 14‑day free trial, your account will be charged automatically each month via Paystack. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are given for partial months. If you experience technical issues, contact support.
You may not use the Service for any illegal or abusive purpose, including but not limited to: fraud, harassment, or violating any applicable laws.
Simple Booking is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
